About these terms
These terms govern your use of pyjadvisory.com and the marketing pages it hosts. They don't govern client engagements — those are covered by a separate Master Services Agreement signed at the start of work.
Use of the site
You may read, share, and link to anything on pyjadvisory.com. You may not scrape it for AI training, republish content as your own, or use it to claim affiliation with PYJ Advisory.
Content ownership
All written copy, design, and code on this site belong to PYJ Advisory unless explicitly credited otherwise. Stock photography, where used, is licensed appropriately.
Engagement terms
If we work together, the engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement. Standard terms include:
- Diagnosis is fixed-fee — invoiced 50% on signing, 50% on delivery.
- Builds are fixed-price, fixed-timeline — invoiced in three milestones (kickoff, mid-build, handover).
- Code, data, and accounts are yours — handed over at the end with no licence fees, lock-ins, or ongoing dependencies.
- No retainer required — you can buy support time after handover, or not. Your choice.
Liability
This site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but don't guarantee everything is current. Don't rely on this site for legal, financial, or medical advice — talk to a qualified advisor.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
