The cosmetic & aesthetic clinics stack

Six instruments, calibrated.

Aesthetic clinics — botulinum + dermal fillers + laser + skin — JCCP-aware consent, photo-tracking, retention, reviews.

01 · Consult & consent

JCCP-aware consent, photo-comparison.

Consent forms tailored per treatment, signed on the iPad, attached to the record alongside before-photos. The consultation is documented to the standard the regulator wants to see.

  • Aesthetic Nurse Software
  • Custom consent layer
  • Per-treatment consent variants
  • Cooling-off period tracking
02 · Treatment record

Per-area dosing, batch + lot tracked.

Dose-per-area captured at the chair, product batch and lot number tied to the patient record — yellow-card reporting and recall-readiness handled, not improvised.

  • Custom dosing layer
  • Aesthetic Record integration
  • Batch + lot capture
  • Yellow-card export
03 · Retention & rebook

Treatment-cycle aware (12-week, 16-week, etc.).

Botulinum at twelve weeks, fillers at six months, laser series on schedule — each treatment has its own rebook cadence, automated to the right channel.

  • Custom cycle layer
  • Per-treatment cadence
  • SMS + email + WhatsApp
  • Lapsed-patient win-back
04 · Photo & before/after

Patient-portal share, consent-gated.

Before / after photos captured in-clinic, shareable to the patient via consent-gated portal, never auto-published. The clinic owns the asset, the patient owns the consent.

  • Custom photo layer
  • Aesthetic Record gallery
  • Consent-gated sharing
  • Marketing-asset opt-in
05 · Review path

Post-treatment NPS → Google review prompt.

NPS captured at the right post-treatment moment — when the result has settled, not when the patient is still bruised — and routed to the review platform that matters to the clinic.

  • Custom NPS layer
  • Time-shifted prompt
  • Google + Trustpilot routing
  • Negative-feedback intercept
06 · BrainBase

Clinical protocols, manufacturer guidelines, training.

Allergan, Galderma, Merz protocols, plus the clinic's own technique notes, indexed and searchable from the chair. Training tracks for new injectors built in.

  • Manufacturer protocols
  • In-house technique notes
  • Onboarding tracks
  • AI-assisted retrieval
Sample engagement

The three-room clinic that lifted rebook from 38% to 67%.

Three injectors. Mixed botulinum, fillers, laser. Rebook rate stuck at 38%.

A three-room aesthetic clinic ran Aesthetic Nurse Software for clinical and a generic six-week reminder for everything. Rebook sat at 38%, with the high-margin botulinum patients drifting most. Two-week build: per-treatment cycle reminders (12-week botulinum, 6-month fillers, custom laser series), JCCP-aware consent on iPad, batch + lot capture per area, NPS time-shifted to two weeks post-treatment. Six months in: rebook up to 67%, NPS up nine points, two negative reviews intercepted before they hit Google.

How we measure: Rebook rate = patients booked within treatment-cycle window / treatments completed, rolling quarter, n = 1,820 treatments; NPS measured at week 2 post-treatment, n = 1,140 responses.
